Premium Grade Protective Leather
Material Types: Select Top-Grain Cowhide (1.1mm – 1.3mm) and specialized Race-Grade Kangaroo Leather (0.9mm – 1.1mm) for superior strength-to-weight ratio.
Processing: Leather undergoes strict quality control during the tanning and finishing processes to achieve a supple feel without sacrificing natural tensile strength.
Performance Features: Engineered for extreme abrasion resistance, tear strength, and cut resistance, specifically for high-speed track environments.
Testing & Certification: Our leather passes rigorous chemical and physical tests (including pH, color fastness to sweat, and tear resistance) and complies with European CE standards for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). It is also processed with environmentally friendly methods.

Schoeller® Keprotec
- Composition: A high-tech textile blend of Kevlar® and high-tensile polyamides.
- Placement: Strategically integrated into crucial flex zones (inner arms, crotch, and behind the knees) where maximum mobility and extreme protection are required.
- Performance Features: Provides highest-level abrasion resistance, tear resistance, temperature stability, and heat-friction resistance during extended slides. This allows the rider dynamic movement without compromising safety.

Aramid/Polyamide Reinforced Barriers
Composition: An aromatic polyamide (commonly known as Aramid or by brand names like Kevlar®), known for its high-performance fiber classification.
Application: Used as a mandatory reinforced lining layer (second skin) behind crucial leather panels and all accordion stretch panels.
Performance Features: Extremely high strength-to-weight ratio, high melting point (flame resistant), and enhanced puncture resistance. This adds a crucial second layer of defense against road rash in impact areas.

High-Flex Spandex & Elasticated Zones
- Material: High-quality Spandex/Elastane synthetic fiber.
- Placement: Woven into dynamic fit panels in the chest, back, and limbs.
- Performance Features: Delivers exceptional multi-directional elasticity (vertical and horizontal stretch) without sacrificing garment integrity. Essential for optimizing comfort, reducing rider fatigue, and ensuring an aerodynamic tailored fit.

Perforated Polyester Mesh (Venting)
- Composition: High-strength polyester technical mesh fabric.
- Application: Applied as a secondary lining layer (sandwiched between the rider’s skin/base layer and the main leather chassis).
- Performance Features: Maximizes air circulation and breathability throughout the suit. Acts as a moisture-wicking layer to pull sweat away from the body, improving rider comfort and temperature regulation during intense racing conditions.

Bonded Nylon & Specialized Thread
Material: Bonded Nylon 6.6 or specialized anti-friction Aramid thread (depending on suit specifications).
Processing: Made from pre-stabilized continuous filament nylon, treated with a formulated lubricant.
Performance Features: Engineered to resist high temperatures generated during friction/slides. Possesses exceptional tensile strength, durability, and superior abrasion resistance, ensuring the suit remains intact under extreme duress. Safety Stitching protocols are standard on all critical seams.
