Production & Shipping: Regular items are delivered within 15 business days after payment. Tailor-made custom items take 5–6 weeks. Shipping usually takes 6 to 10 working days.

Returns: Only defective regular stock items can be returned within 3 days of receipt. Photos of defects must be emailed prior to the return. Items must be in new condition with tags attached.

Exclusions: Returns do not apply to custom sizes, custom-designed products, or cases where the wrong size was provided by the customer.
